What makes me tick?

I enjoy working with clients on complex financial matters and providing clear, commercially focused advice that helps them make informed decisions. Banking and finance transactions often involve significant legal, regulatory and commercial considerations, and I particularly enjoy bringing those elements together to find practical solutions. Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their wider financial and business objectives are central to the way I approach my work.

My experience

I have extensive experience advising financial institutions, businesses, investors and private clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters. My work includes commercial lending, corporate finance, loan and security documentation, refinancing, financial services regulation and banking disputes. I also advise on complex financial transactions, investment and asset finance, debt restructuring and regulatory compliance, working closely with clients to identify and manage legal and commercial risk.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and discovering new places. I also enjoy reading, keeping active and exploring the countryside. I have a keen interest in business, finance and current affairs and enjoy opportunities to experience different cultures through travel.
