What makes me tick?

I enjoy helping both employers and employees navigate workplace issues with clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Employment matters can have a significant impact on an individual's career or an organisation's operations, so I believe in understanding the circumstances behind each case before identifying the most appropriate solution. I particularly enjoy resolving difficult situations through careful negotiation and constructive dialogue.

My experience

I have experience advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, redundancy and termination of employment. I also assist employers with workplace policies, regulatory compliance and managing employment-related risk, as well as advising employees on their contractual rights and potential claims.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and getting outdoors for long walks. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants, reading and making the most of my time away from the office.
