What makes me tick?

I enjoy the commercial and strategic side of legal practice. For me, the most rewarding part of the work is understanding the businesses behind the legal matters and developing long-term relationships with the people who run them. Every organisation has different ambitions, challenges and priorities, and I enjoy working closely with clients to provide practical legal solutions that support their wider commercial objectives.

My experience

I have extensive experience advising businesses, directors, shareholders and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. My work includes commercial agreements, corporate governance, business acquisitions and disposals, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and strategic business transactions. As Managing Partner, I also oversee the firm's strategic direction and work closely with our legal teams to ensure that clients receive coordinated, commercially focused and practical advice.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, family is particularly important to me and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also interested in sport, films, books and travelling. When time allows, I enjoy keeping active and following football, cricket and other major sporting events.
