What makes me tick?

I enjoy guiding clients through the process of buying, selling or refinancing a property and making the experience as straightforward as possible. Property transactions can be both exciting and stressful, so I believe communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential. I take pride in keeping clients informed throughout their transaction and working proactively to identify and resolve issues before they cause unnecessary delays.

My experience

I have extensive experience in residential conveyancing and property transactions, advising clients on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let transactions. I also have experience dealing with new-build purchases, lease extensions, title matters and Land Registry requirements. My approach combines careful legal due diligence with practical communication to help transactions progress efficiently from initial instruction through to completion.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and discovering new places. I also enjoy eating out, walking and making the most of my time away from the office. Property and interior design remain personal interests of mine, alongside reading and exploring the countryside.
