What makes me tick?

I enjoy working closely with clients to understand the legal and commercial issues they face and helping them identify practical, effective solutions. I take a structured and methodical approach to every matter and believe that clear communication is essential when dealing with complex legal issues. I particularly enjoy matters that require careful analysis, strategic thinking and collaboration with clients and other professional advisers.

My experience

I have extensive experience advising individuals, businesses and organisations on a broad range of legal and commercial matters. My work includes corporate and commercial advisory, contract review and negotiation, regulatory and compliance matters, legal due diligence and risk management. I also assist clients with commercial disputes and complex legal matters, providing strategic advice aimed at protecting their interests and achieving practical outcomes.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and discovering new places. I also enjoy reading, dining out and keeping active. I have a keen interest in business and current affairs and enjoy opportunities to broaden my knowledge beyond the legal profession.
