What makes me tick?

I enjoy creating a positive, professional and collaborative working environment where people are able to perform at their best. I believe effective human resources management is about understanding people, supporting their development and ensuring that the needs of employees and the organisation are properly balanced. Seeing individuals grow professionally and teams work successfully together is particularly rewarding to me.

My experience

I have over 20 years of experience in people management and human resources. During this time, I have worked across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workplace policies, professional development and organisational planning. My role involves working closely with senior management and employees to maintain effective workplace practices and ensure that the firm has the people, skills and support required to deliver a high standard of service.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and experiencing new places and cultures. Travel gives me an opportunity to use my organisational and planning skills in a completely different environment. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping active and discovering new places whenever the opportunity arises.
